A Joyous Pageant!

I had the pleasure and honor of enjoying the first ever Miss SL tropics pageant on Sunday, and sponsoring dear Makeda Cole with this custom gown! It was really quite something to see a creation of mine on such a beautiful catwalk, and on such a beautiful girl! Congratulations to the winner... Summer Deadlight! All of the girls were winners to me! I am now offering this gown for everyone to enjoy.... :) In the process of creating this gown for Makeda we went thru several prim options to find the right one for her! I am including 3 options in this box for you to wear... 1 is a full formal gown with 4 flexi attachments to make it truely flow well! 2 is a shorter flexi with one attachment, and 3 is the linden dress with the chest attachment from the first option. The gown is a multitude of colors with a peach satin underlay.

Tidbits!

Ok .. a few things.. I promise only a few!

The store in Phi Phi Leh is going buh bye and probably this weekend! The sim is sold! Transfer will take place on or about the 10th. I have taken down all Bridal Vendors that are going to appear in the new store (these are in the new store and btw, most are repriced MUCH lower than before in anticipation of new designs. Alhena landmark below)

Additionally, I have begun marking furniture and fixtures in the store for sale at ultra low prices. I am sure that Mynx will do the same with some of her items in the store. We simply dont have the prim to hold these things at Alhena. Get them while you can!


Ok I dont do this often but i feel and urge to tell you about a very excellent awsome and even genius place i found in sl!! You simply must see this! Maitreya Has these delicious poses and shoes and socks... wowowowowow!!! The poses were so fabulous ( I really havent seen anything like them in all of sl) that i incorporated the runway walks and poses and some of the regular poses into my ao!! There are also some great Boots! and Wedges and heels.. I hope to use them in the next show in september with some of the new clothes! So look up Maitreya in world.. you will be so happy!!

I am proud to announce the Models who will be the Face of Grace!

After receiving more than 65 applicants .. all of whom were absolutely gorgeous.. I have narrowed the search to these 5 special ladies! This was a tough decision, but these young ladies showed me a spark, a something unique and a shape that made me look twice! Thank you to each and every applicant...
Congrats ladies! It will be a pleasure to work with you!

Winding Down on the Sale !

Moving sale may not make it to Aug. 15th! Yes thats right folks! The sim is sold, and a request for transfer put in for Aug 10th.. granted this may take a few days to happen so you may have until the 11 or 12th but expect the store to disappear and move to Alhena (see the lm below) before the 10th.. A grand opening with many of the new styles will happen around the 19th! Be ready!! Most of the sale marked styles will NOT be returning to vendors! Get them while you can!

Face of Grace Search closed to new entrants at this time.

Many excellent candidates presented their photos and hard work to me for review! I am very thankful for all of the wonderful photos to consider.. many ladies were so very beautiful that it was hard to decide, and tempting to stray from my uniqueness goal ;) However in the end the decision is tooth and nail between 6 very lovely ladies.. 5 of which ( I simply could not choose 4) will be announced tomorrow! Please see the earlier post to see the final 9 in my decision. I will open the search again if needed and keep alternates on file should one lady fall ill or be unable to complete the very difficult job of being my model due to time constraints or unforseen circumstances. Stay tuned to see what happens!!!
